every step is laid out for you below.

Initial Contact

Consultation
​
Following the initial contact, it's a great time to have a chat about what you have in mind for your stationery or commission.We'll talk about style, colours, personalisation details, and overall theme.
​
If this is done by phone, we will then email you to confirm everything we have spoken about
and give you time to reflect on each aspect.
Booking
​
Once you're ready to put in an order, please fill out the booking form we sent you.
We will then send you an invoice for 50% of the total cost within 3-5 working days.

Once this downpayment is made, you can consider us booked and the design process can begin.
Design
​
Designing your stationery is a team effort and we want everything to be just as you dreamed.
Using images from our website, samples from our sample pack or elsewhere as inspiration,
we will keep in touch to design every aspect of your ideal stationery.
​
After sending an initial sketch for you to approve, PDF proofs will be sent to you
to check and approve or change as needed.
Final Approval​
​
A final proof will be sent for you to double-check.
​
We cannot be held responsible for any errors, spelling mistakes or changes after this has been approved,
so do please check everything carefully.
Once this final proof has been approved, the final invoice will be sent to you.
Printing & Assembly
​
All the items will be printed and assembled by hand.
If previously arranged, envelopes will be written.
Delivery​
​
All the items will be sent to you by Royal Mail First Class Signed For or by Courier
